The clients are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms & conditions. The clients are to abide by the terms and conditions of APPLE VACATIONS SINGAPORE Pte Ltd (hereinafter collectively known as The Company). Please check addenda to the Terms and Conditions, if any, upon booking.


A deposit is required upon booking. This deposit forms part of your final payment. However, a payment of deposit does not constitute confirmation of tour. All group tours are subjected to a minimum group size (as determined by the Company) in order for the confirmation to be effected and for the departure to be finalized.

Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to departure. In case of tours on charter flights, full payment must be made 30 days before departure. If full payment is not received 21 days or more prior to departure, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and cancel the reservation. In such an event, the cancellation fee as stated below is payable by the Customer.

Payment may be made in Singapore Dollars by cash, by NETS, cheque or credit card. Cheque will only be accepted if presented to the Company at least 21 days before the schedule tour departure. There will be an administrative fee of S$100 to be charged for all returned cheques.

The Company reserves the right to cancel your booking. Title of package/Ticket/Hotel does not belong to the passenger until Full payment is made. In a situation where a defaulted cheque occurs, alternative payment must be made by cash only.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to an insufficient number of participants. The Company will endeavor to notify the Customer at least 14 days before departure. The Company may, if so choose, recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternative; all monies paid by you will be refunded in full without further obligation or liability on the part of The Company. However, in the event that the air ticket has been issued under your consent, the cancellation charges of air ticket apply.


For cheque or cash payment, refund will be made in a form of a cheque and processed within 2 to 4 weeks from date of written cancellation. For credit card payment, refund will be made through the credit card company and processed within 4 to 6 weeks (excluding the bank processing time). During peak periods, the refund process may be longer due to the increase in transactions.


No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the tour fare but not utilized by the Customer, either in part or full, or where the Customer amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.


Tour fare is subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in airfare, hotel rates, other transport costs, government taxes and local taxes etc. The tour price excludes pre and post tour accommodation, laundry, room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, portages, excess baggage charges, passport and visa costs, airport taxes, war insurance, fuel surcharges, personal and baggage insurance, service charges, tipping and all other items of a personal nature.


Extension/deviation of stay may be permitted at the end of the tour, subject to maximum validity and restriction of air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of accommodation prior to commencement of the tour. Extension/deviation is subject to an extension charge and any airfare difference required.

All requests for extension will be made to respective airlines only upon confirmation of group’s departure, i.e., two weeks before departure; passengers are advised to provide several alternative dates of return. Should the extension dates not be confirmed, passengers are required to return with the group and the Company will have no further obligation to the passenger’s extension. Non-confirmation of extension is not a valid reason for tour cancellation. Once extension is confirmed, subsequent changes to the extension date will be charged as a new extension request as per previous paragraph.

Please note that extension / deviation of stay will be at customer’s own expenses and transfers to and from the airport will not be provided. Air ticket issued is restricted to a specified airline only and is not negotiable, endorsable, reissuable, refundable or re-routable. Any alteration of the routing or the date by the Customer is solely at the Customer’s own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals or sightseeing, in part or in full.


Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended prior to the commencement of your trip. The Company will be pleased to assist in the enquiries of any travel insurance and related matters.


Airline schedules and local conditions may affect the accommodation and routing. Should this occur, The Company will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Where possible, any changes will be announced before departure. If we find it necessary to change accommodation or a portion of your itinerary after your holiday has commenced, we will strive to maintain the overall standard of the holiday arrangement. However, The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time without compensation. No compensation will be made as a result of force majeure (i.e. unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, e.g. war, civil strike, earthquake, floods etc.)


The Company reserves the rights to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a client. The Company also has the right to decline or to retain any person as member of the tour if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour. The Company further reserves the right to cancel any reservations if, for any reason whatsoever, any carrier, hotel or contractor refuses to allow the person concerned to participate in the tour. In any of the above mentioned events, The Company's sole Liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilized plus administrative fees.


Accommodation is as specified in the tour brochure / itinerary / booking form. In the event that accommodation in the selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made to source for an alternative hotel of similar standard. Accommodation for adults is based on twin-share, double or triple-share bedrooms at the nominated or similar standard hotels. For stays at farms and ski resorts, sharing of bathroom facilities may be necessary. When booking triple-share rooms, please note that the third bed will be a "roll-away" bed. For occupation of a single room, single supplement amount as indicated in the tour fare is required.


If there is any special request regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc., please inform the Company upon booking. Such requests are subject to availability and confirmation.


It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure a valid passport with minimum six (6) months validity from date of the last departure point, as well as the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities of the country (is) to be visited (e.g. exit permit, work permit, social visitor pass, onward tickets).

Please consult your travel agent or local consulate/embassy on visa requirements. The Company will not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country before depart or during the tour for whatsoever reason, including but not limited to non-possession of necessary visas.


All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by APPLE VACATIONS SINGAPORE Pte Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as The Company) All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by The Company are subject to any tariffs and/or terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by hotels, transport companies, airlines, railroad lines, steamship lines, owners of contractors concerned. By acceptance of such exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the passenger is deemed to have agreed to the foregoing. Every person participating in any tour/holiday organized by The Company shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The Traveler accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God. The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Passengers are solely responsible for all proper travel documents. The Company is only an acting agent for the holiday components and will not be held responsible for any charges, acts of discretion or inconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointed agents. In no case shall The Company or their employees or agents be liable for any causes outside of their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the client. In no event shall the liability of The Company or their employees or agents in respect of any loss or damage other than death or personal injury exceed as an absolute maximum the price of the tour/holiday in question. The Company reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the passenger if it should in its sole and absolute discretion think this fits or in case of force majeure. Any limitations which apply to the carrier's liability in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw convention (in amended or unamended form) shall apply for the benefits of the organizer, and seller of the tour.


The Company welcomes feedback from the Customer anytime. Should the Customer have any issue of concern or any feedback/claim with regard to the tour must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return from the tour, failing which the Company shall accept no responsibility.


Tour fare includes return economy class air ticket, airport transfers (if any) and accommodation on a twin-sharing arrangement (otherwise single room supplement charges apply). Admission fees, meals and sightseeing programmes as stipulated in the tour itinerary (the duration of the tour package includes the day of scheduled departure and the day of scheduled return and neither of these are full days).


The tour fare excludes airport taxes, airport security tax, airline insurance surcharges, airline fuel surcharges, visa fees, port tax, service fees as specified by the airline or airport authorities, where applicable custom user fees, Nordic environment tax, all domestic flights (for land tour packages), excess baggage charges, room services, beverage charges, laundry charges, travel insurance, gratuities to drives/tour guides/leaders, tips to hotel porter and all items of personal nature.


Children below 12 years as on the date of departure from Singapore are eligible for child fare. Child fare is based on a twin-sharing or double room with 2 adults without an extra bed. If an extra bed for the child is required, please arrange with the Company who will advise on the surcharges / supplements, if any.


  • Amendments by the Customer
    Any change made by the Customer to the existing booking must be in writing and an amendment fee of min S$50 per person will apply. Any re-issuance of air ticket, minimum administrative fee of S$50 per air ticket on top of any airline charges will apply. Any change made to the departure date or the tour type, cancellation fee as stated under the section "Cancellation by the Customer — Payment and Cancellation Fee" will apply. Any change made to name of the Customer will be treated as cancellation of tour. The Company will revert to the Customer within 14 working days upon receiving written notice of the request for amendment.
  • Amendments to Tour Itinerary by Company
    The Company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to make minor changes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of a force majeure.


The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings (checked in or hand carried) whilst they are in the custody of the airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation suppliers (during your stay in the hotel inclusive of items kept in the safe deposit box or in your possession). However, the Company will assist you in making the relevant claim(s) provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience or hamper the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.


Notification of booking cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company to be effective and to avoid misunderstanding.


The Customer is requested to rotate seating arrangement on the coach during the period of the tour. Please cooperate when called upon to do so by the tour leader or tour guide.


The Company will consider every transaction as confidential matter and will not disclose any information without your permission, unless as required by law.


The Company reserves the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the Terms and Conditions, or policies contained in this document, as the case may be, without prior notice.

Any feedback with regard to the tour must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return from the tour, failing which the Company shall accept no responsibility.
